This Privacy Policy describes how Ladle & Lantern (the "app"), released by KASA FIK s.r.o., processes information. It is applicable to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Ladle & Lantern does not gather, retain, or transmit any personal data to KASA FIK s.r.o. or to any server under our control.
The app requires no user accounts. It includes no analytics and no third‑party crash‑reporting services.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not access the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID). It contains no advertising SDKs and no external tracking mechanisms.
We neither sell nor share personal information.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature requires them, and any data involved is processed locally on your device.

You may revoke any permission at any time via Android Settings.
Data stored on your device
Anything the app saves stays on your device. It does not leave the device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed third‑party services. Google Play and Android operate under their respective policies.
Children's privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13 (COPPA) and does not knowingly collect data from minors. Where local law sets a higher age of digital consent, that age applies. Parents may contact isabellebingle@gmail.com with any inquiries.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure and deletion of personal information and may opt out of any sale. We do not sell or share personal information.
Because no data is collected, deleting it simply means uninstalling the app. We respond to email requests within a reasonable period, up to 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you email us, we use your message solely to reply.
Security
Your information stays on your device and is protected by Android's security mechanisms. No system is completely secure, so we keep the app minimal and avoid collecting unnecessary data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be amended.
